Returns and exchanges 

Buying online can be so much fun and also a little tricky sometimes. If you’d like to exchange sizes or styles the items must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unsoiled, unwashed, with all tags attached and within 14 days of purchasing. The return postage is at the customers expense. Unfortunately we do not offer returns on sale items. 

We are more than happy to exchange items within 14 days of your purchase if the size is incorrect. Any extra shipping costs will also need to be covered at your own expense. 
However to avoid exchanges happening, we suggest checking the size and measurements of our shoes and clothing before you purchase. If you would like further measurement details, you're welcome to email us, we would love to help you find the perfect fit.

Refunds 

We thoroughly check every item before sending to its forever home but if something accidentally slips through we will refund you or offer a replacement. We only offer refunds for faulty products.
